Information about her is found in the Pomfret Cemetery records but there is no record of her place of burial. As her husband, Benjamin's, first tombstone was illegible and a later one was placed against the old one, it is probable that she was buried near her husband but the marker was lost over time. Her father was Joseph Parker.

Sarah Parker Sabin was the 2nd wife of Benjamin. First wife was Sarah Polly born 1650, daughter of John and Rebecca Polly. They had four children before her death : Josiah, Ebenezer, Benjamin and Mehitable. In her fathers will he leaves her share to her motherless children.
