Anna Berndetta McCloskey was the daughter of John B McCloskey of New York and Annie Hunold, a native of New Orleans. Both her parents died in NOLA in 1903, 1 week apart. The 1910 census shows her in a group home with Holy Sisters. She died in the flu pandemic of 1918, and her death certificate shows her to be the wife of Elmer X. Turley, but the X has been corrected from an H. The 1920 New Orleans census shows Elmer Turley widowed with a 2y6m old girl named Eleanor Anna Turley, who I presume is Elmeranna Turley since she was born on Jun 26, 1917 and Elmer X. Turley is listed as her father on Elmer's second wife's obituary.
