Mr. Frame was born at Glasford, Ill., a son of John B. Frame and Minnie (Frampton) Frame. He was married in Quincy, July 29, 1922, to the former Mabel Peavler, and had lived here 13 years.
Surviving are the widow Mabel, a son Roy J. Frame, of Keokuk Ia; three daughters, Mrs. Myrtle L. Burgess, of Keokuk and Mrs. Marjory (William) Heck and Mrs. Mary (Donald) Powell of Quincy, 19 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Eddie, and two children, John Edward and Wayne, who died in infancy.
