Born in New Haven, Conn., January 16, 1905, Olive A. King attended public schools in Springfield, Mass, and graduated from the High School of Commerce there in 1923. After clerical work in Springfield and in Burlington, Vt. for five years, she came to Maryknoll.
Shortly after profession, January 6, 1931, Sister was assigned to the Children's Home in Maui, Hawaii and had other assignments in Heeia and Kalihi Kai, Oahu.
