Louis Andrew Parre, 60 of Spring Hill, KS passed away at home. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM Tuesday June 8, 2010 at St. Pauls Catholic Church, Olathe, KS. Burial will follow in Leavenworth National Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-7 PM Monday at church where the Rosary will be said at 5:00PM. In Lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the St. Pauls Relocation Fund. Louis was born January 2, 1950 in Emporia, KS to Paul and Kathryn Parre. He loved tending his rose garden as well as his fruit trees. He also enjoyed crappie fishing. He loved his faith and sharing it through Adult Catechesis and especially through prison ministry. He was a devoted member of St. Pauls Catholic Church since 1979 and a member of the Knights of Columbus council 1913. He was preceded in death by his mother, and brother Jimmy Parre. He is survived by his wife of 39 years Henny Parre of the home. His father Paul Parre of Topeka, KS and a brother David Parre of Shawnee, KS.
