Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. from Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 1260 Wrightsboro Road, with The Reverend Clyde Hill, Sr., pastor~presiding. Interment will be in Mt. Olive Memorial Gardens. Mr. Turner was a life-long member of Mount Calvary Baptist Church and served in other churches in the CSRA on Music Ministries. He was a community activist, musician, producer, owner of Phat Traxx Productions and CEO of Angelic Community Resource Development, Inc. He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Turner, Jr. and mother, Leora Burroughs Turner-Thomas. He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife, Teresa Adams Turner; son, Daniel Russell Christopher Turner, IV; daughters, Stephanie Christina Leora Turner and Jasmine Brianna Tenisa Turner; sisters, Jacqueline Denise Turner and Sylvia Turner-Butler. ** In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family in care of Teresa Turner at any Bank of America ( account # 334032268567 ).
