NOTE: Officer Rosario Hernandez De Hoyo, Commander Frank Roman-Rodriguez and Lt. Luz M. Soto-Segarra were fatally shot by a coworker at police headquarters in Ponce on Monday morning, December 28, 2015. The unidentified fellow police officer was taken into custody after killing three Puerto Rican Officers.
Agent Hernández de Hoyo had served with the Puerto Rico Police Department for 15 years. She is survived by her four children.
