Craig H. Albert breathed his last breath on earth and first breath with Jesus on Friday, June 22, 2012 at age 63. Beloved husband and cherished best friend of Bliss Bundy Albert for 43 years. Devoted father of Andrea Albert and Tanya Swindell. Father-in-law of Stephen Swindell. Grandfather of Clare and Kaye Swindell. Son of Myrtle McNeil Albert and the late Oscar Albert. Brother of Betty Avery. Craig served his country in the U.S. Naval Reserve and was a member of Paralyzed Veterans of America Bayou Chapter. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until service time.
