Mrs. L.C.F. Summers is Buried Friday

Farmington, June 18- Funeral services conducted by Rev. O.L. Lierly of Fayetteville were held at the family home near Highland Friday morning at 10 o'clock for Mrs. Lucy Catherine Farmer Summers, 58 years of age, who died Wednesday at 10 a.m. of cancer following an illness of several years.

Mrs. Summers was a native of Washington county having been reared near Prairie Grove. She had lived here practically all her life.

Survivors include: her husband, Riley Summers, two children of her own and three step-children: Lillian and Joe Summers, Mrs. Gladys Summers of Summers, Ark., Mrs. Harold Rose of Fort Smith, Elmer Summers of Chicago; three brothers and three sisters including Mrs. John Hale, Prairie Grove; Mrs. George Broughton, Prairie Grove; Rev. Sam Farmer of Springdale; Gregg and William Farmer of Iowa, Mrs. Wm. Mooney of Tulsa, Okla.

The burial was in the Prairie Grove cemetery. Pallbearers included Glenn Bricker, John Green, Clint Davis, Mr. Ferguson, Glenn Goforth and Franklin Tucker.
