CHARLES EDWIN (CHUCK) FREEMAN, JR.
LITHIA SPRINGS, GA – Charles Edwin (Chuck) Freeman, Jr., 60, died Saturday, March 13, 2010. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue with burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Randall Mimbs will officiate. The family will meet friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetic Association, Suite C-236, 5105 Paulsen Street, Savannah, GA 31405.
Mr. Freeman, son of the late Charles Edwin and Nancy Freeman, was a native of Macon and a graduate of Lanier High School. He had lived in the Atlanta area the past eighteen years and was in air conditioning parts sales with Johnstone Supply, College Park. Mr. Freeman was a member of the Moose Club, a member of the All Stars Band in Atlanta and a former member of Reed's Nuts 1975 National Championship Softball Team.
Survivors include his sons, Chuckie (Olivia) Freeman III of Warner Robins and Anthony "T.J." (Jessica) Freeman of Macon; four grandchildren, Kendal Freeman, Charles Freeman IV, Braden Freeman and Blaiklyn Freeman; two brothers, Bud Freeman of Lake Sinclair and Larry Freeman, Sr. of Macon; several nieces and nephews.
Snow's Memorial Chapel Funeral and Cremation Services, Pio Nono Avenue has charge of arrangements.
