ROBIN "BOBBIE" COREY, 53, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2012. Born in Fort Wayne, she was a 1977 graduate of Elmhurst High School and was pursuing a degree in business at Indiana Institute of Technology. She was employed by GTE Telephone Co. for 32 years and continued employment through transitions from Verizon and now Frontier. Her fun loving spirit touched many and will remain forever in everyone's heart. Surviving are her son, Donald Jason Corey; mother, Alice Padgett; sisters, Andrea (Kirk) Carpenter and Tanya (Cornell Wiley) Padgett; nephews, Evan, Cody and Nickolas; along with a host of other loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald W. Padgett. Service is noon Monday, Oct. 22, 2012, at Ellis Funeral Home, 1021 E. Lewis St., with calling starting at10 a.m.
