GEORGE N. HAGER
STRAFFORD — George N Hager, 87, of Route 2, Stratford, died at 4:15 a.m. today at his home after a long illness.
He was a lifelong resident ol Stratford and a member of East Side Assembly of God Church in Springfield. Mr. Hager was a retired cabinet maker and carpenter.
Surviving are his wife, Maggie B.; a son, the Rev. Gerald Hager, Route 2, Springfield; a Daughter, Mrs. Mazie Beam, Route 1, Springfield: three sis-ters, Mrs. Emma Kirk, Spring-field, Mrs. Maude Swearington, Willow Springs, and Mrs. Flossie Chandler, Tulsa, Okla.;
brother, Fred, of Springfield; four grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
