Annie "Gertrude" Burnett, 82, of Ellisville, died Sunday, April 25, 2004, at Jones County Nursing Home in Ellisville. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, at 2 p.m. at Memory Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel, with burial in Millcreek Cemetery. The Rev. Jimmy Holder will officiate. A homemaker, she was a member of Millcreek Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by three brothers, John Mozingo, W.G. Mozingo and Billy Ray Mozingo, and a grandson, Danny Boutwell. She is survived by two sons, Cleveland Boutwell of Laurel and Herbert Ray Boutwell of Grand Bay, Ala.; a daughter, Alice Hinshaw of Laurel; four brothers, Jack Mozingo of Mandeville, La., and Harold Mozingo, Troy Mozingo and Robert Mozingo, all of Montgomery, Ala.; three sisters, Willie Mauldin of Ellisville and Edna Brooks and Ruby Queisenberry, both of Montgomery; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Monday, from 5-9 p.m. at Memory Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel, which is in charge of arrangements.
