He was born the son of Wanzo and Lulu Rodrick Andrews. Mr. Andrews served in the Army Air Corps during World War II.
Mr. Andrews is preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Ruth E. Andrews.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Margie Andrews of Trinity; daughter, Peggy Lou McCleskey of Trinity; granddaughter, Alicia McCleskey of Trinity; brothers-in-law, Bruce Fowler and wife, Joan, of Burlington, Washington, Joey Fowler and wife, Pat, of Trinity and Ernie Fowler and wife, Leona, of Cleveland; sister-in-law, Shelly Strauss of Omaha, Nebraska; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 23, 2007 for Philip Rodrick Andrews, 90, at Friendship Harbor Church in Sebastopol, with the Revs. John Budd, Billy Brown and Earl Hill officiating.
Pallbearers were Regam Dimcan. Darrell Riggs. Jeremy Fowler, Mike Utley, Joel Wheat and Roger Sanford. Honorary pallbearer was Danny Martin.
