Key Biscayne, Fla., March 27 (UPI) -- James Hurlbut, 57, a newsman for the National Broadcasting company in Chicago for 17 years, will be buried tomorrow in Arlington national cemetery.
Hurlbut, who had been a correspondent for NBC even while on active duty as a marine during World War II, died yesterday of a heart attack while vacationing here with his wife. He held the rank of colonel at his death.
Hurlbut left Chicago in 1965 to become special projects head of the marine corps cambat pictorial branch in Washington, D. C.
