Burial in Pine Cemetery in Pine, Missouri.
I visited your final resting place yesterday. I never knew you, nor did I know your family. Please know sweetheart, you are loved, missed and cherished.
As I was standing by your grave, I felt such sorrow in my heart that you were taken so young. As I was standing there, the sun came out, rays of sunshine lit up the entire cemetery. I looked around, for the sunshine made the cemetery beautiful.
I gasped, and drew in a big breath, for the surrounding countryside, timber, woods and area, was beautiful.
I then heard a noise. I looked just over the fence line and there I saw a grown adult female deer. A doe and two of her last springs fawns, were watching over your grave. She was stomping her front foot and snorting at me. That is the way a adult doe acts when she is warning things to stay away from her babies. And apparently she is watching over you as well. I continued to stand there in awe!!
She never ran. Her fawns did run some distance, but never left completely. That ole doe never flinched!! She stayed right with you!!
Rest in the precious arms of Jesus sweetheart. You are safe now, no more pain, nor illness nor will you EVER know a day of sorrow. I thought of you today.
