Augusta, GA—Mr. A. Robbin Burnett, 56, of Acorn Road, Augusta, GA entered into rest July 30, 2010. A reception in his honor will be held Monday afternoon at 5 o'clock at 109 Knollwood Trail, North Augusta, SC, 29860.
Mr. Burnett was a life-long resident of the CSRA. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of Vietnam and was of the Methodist Faith. Mr. Burnett was an animal lover, an avid fisherman and was a loyal friend. He was preceded in death by his wife of 32 years, Hollis Burnett, whom he dearly loved and longed to be reunited with.
Survivors include a son, Guy Andrew Barr, Tampa, FL; a daughter, Melanie Burnett, Augusta; a brother, Jeffrey Burnett, Tampa, FL; three sisters, Cheryl Hill, Aiken, Kimberly Glisson, North Augusta and Christy Wilhite, Tampa, FL; three grandchildren, Kevin Major, Justin Major and Miranda Major; close family friends, The Harris Family, Melanie, Jeff, Kady and Ben.
