Wife of Franc M. Wiesen. Mother to Jane, Charlie, Hettie, Carl, Addie, Exer, Ima, Bertha and Wiley. Leatha passed away at the family residence 3.5 miles east of Abbott at 8:20am Monday, Nov 30th after a lingering illness. She had lived in Hill county since 1927 and prior to that, from 1911 to 1917. She was a faithful member of the Baptist Church and held membership in the Abbott Church at the time of her death. Funeral Services were conducted at the tabernacle at Bell Springs at 2pm Tuesday by Rev. Alvin Swindell, pastor of First Baptist Church of Hillsboro. Funeral direction was by Aderhold of West.
