Actor. He was comedian performer best known for his role as Mr. Kitzel the hot dog vender on the TV series, "The Jack Benny Program" from 1950 to 1965. During the 1930s, he was a NBC Radio announcer before reprising his role of as Mr. Kitzel on the Jack Benny radio show in 1946. He also appeared in the film "Here Comes Elmer" (1943) and performed overseas with the USO during World War II. (bio by: John "J-Cat" Griffith)
