Lowell Worthan Dies; Services are Friday
Lowell D. Worthan, 75, a Marion resident the last 43 years, died Wednesday in a Grundy Center hospital.
Born Nov. 1, 1899, at Bertram, he had been employed at the Armar ballroom for ten years prior to his retirement in 1963.
Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Glenn R. Suits of Marion.
Services: 1:30 Friday at Murdoch chapel in Marion by the Rev. Peter Morgan. Burial: Cedar Memorial. Friends may call at Murdoch's after 5 p.m. Thursday.
