Seth was the 3rd of 8 children born to Heman and Margaret (Shultz) Manly in Erie Pennsylvania. His family settled in the Coeur D Alene area in 1903. He worked as a house servant for a family in Colorado for many years. He never married or had any children. He was admitted to Eastern State Hospital for what we the family don't know.He passed away in 1920 at the height of the overcrowding and neglect though. His grave marker is #709. Rest in Peace Uncle Seth.You have a family that remembers and cares.
