Born July 5, 1907 in Putnam County, she was the daughter of Oscar and Ida (Hurst) Blue.
She studied violin at DePauw University, and was a member of Putnamville United Metho-dist Church. She was past worthy matron of Order of Eastern Star 369, Cloverdale. She was a volunteer at Rodebush Veterans Medical Center, Indianapolis, and had formerly been employed at Eitel's Flowers.
She married Allison Bridges, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are a brother Robert W. Blue Sr. and wife Carol; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband sisters Janie McCammack, Ernestine Blue and Madonna Ringo, and an infant brother.
