Pilot Point -- Lewis B. "Squire" Haskins Jr., 72, of Route 1, Pilot Point, who was a commercial aerial photographer, died Saturday at Sundial Manors in Pilot Point. He was born Jan. 20, 1913, in Palestine, and married Herta Schroeder June 15, 1972, in Gainesville. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Pilot Point. Haskins was a past member of the Dallas Chamber of Commerce, the Dallas Executive Association and the board of YMCA Camp Grady Spruce. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Services were held at the Huff Funeral Home chapel in Pilot Point with Rev. Glen Noblin officiating, assisted by rev. Richard L. Brian, with cremation to follow. Survivors include his wife, a son, two daughters, two sisters, and one granddaughter. Denton Record-Chronicle
