Mr. William Martin Burnum, age 63, of Winnfield, La., passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2007, at the Winn Parish Medical Center in Winnfield, La. Mr. Burnum was retired from M.I. Drilling Company and was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church. He was an avid fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Burnum; and son, Terry Burnum.
He is survived by his wife Sharon (Meredith) Burnum of Calvin, La.;
Mother, Edna (Howard) Burnum of Calvin, La. Three Daughters, Susan (Burnum) Price and husband Teddy of Winnfield, La. Tanya Gardner and husband Jeff of Winnfield, La. Reanna Johnson and husband Neal of Winnfield, La. Two Sons, Steve Burnum and wife Krista of Calvin, La. Tommie Cathey of Winnfield, La.

Services are under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield, La., where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, July 19, 2007 and from 8:00 AM to service time Friday, July 20, 2007. Funeral services will be held at Southern Funeral Home at 10:00 AM Friday, with Rev. William "Pete" Anderson officiating. Interment will be at Bethlehem Cemetery in Calvin, La.
