His obituary from the March 2, 1961 Plainfield Messenger [Hendricks County, Indiana]:

Keith Allen Terry, 22 years old, brother of Franklin Terry of Indianapolis, former resident of Plainfield, was killed when he fell 100 feet from a cliff near San Diego following a swim. Mr. Terry was a Naval Air Corps member at Miramar, California. Funeral services were scheduled for 1 p.m. yesterday (Wednesday) at Miami, Florida, where his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest T. Terry, reside. Franklin Terry is a pilot out of Weir Cook Airport [now Indianapolis International] and was scheduled to fly to Miami on Monday but the flight was rescheduled for later in the week and so he was unable to attend the services. Besides the parents and brother, Franklin, he is survived by another brother, Edward of Miami.

The front page of the newspaper indicated that the state had been hit with a snow blizzard which is probably the reason that Franklin Terry's flight to Miami was postponed.
