Dolores "Dodo" Adair died Friday, August 31, 2007 in Show Low, Arizona at the age of 83. She was born on October 12, 1923 in Williams, Arizona to the late Pedro and Carmen (Levine) Gonzalez. She graduated from Williams High School in 1940.

Dodo married Franklin Ray Adair, Sr. on January 18, 1945 in Ashfork, Arizona, and on her 24th birthday, their son, Franklin Ray Adair, Jr. was born. In 1950 they moved to Holbrook, Arizona. Dodo and Frank completed their family with the birth of their daughter, Debbie, on November 5, 1952. Dodo was a loving wife and mother throughout her life. She retired as a secretary from the Southern Union Gas Company, after 23 years of service.

In 1998, she and Frank moved to Taylor, Arizona, where she has since resided. Frank died in 1999 after nearly 55 years of marriage. Dodo is survived by her daughter, Debbie Tuckfield (Ron) of Taylor, Arizona; 3 granddaughters: Tohna Bateman of Safford, AZ, Jenny Neff (Clint) of Taylor, AZ, Tessa Smith (Kevin) of Queen Creek, AZ; 7 great grandchildren: Chans Bateman, Alexis Bateman, Derek Bateman, Jessica Neff, Debbie-Tai Neff, Gage Neff and Houston Smith. She was preceded in death by her son, Franklin Ray Adair, Jr. in 1989; a great-granddaughter, Hailey Neff in 2004 and her 11 brothers and sisters.

A Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at Our Lady of The Snow Catholic Church in Snowflake, Arizona. Interment will follow at the Reed Hatch Memorial Cemetery in Taylor.
