Rodolfo "Rudy" Trejo, 81, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2009 at his residence in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on July 17, 1927 in Los Angeles, CA; to Santiago and Margarita (Gonzales) Trejo.

Rudy moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 19 years ago from Santa Fe Springs, CA. He graduated from Marshall High School in Hollywood, CA; and worked as a ceramic tile setter in Los Angeles, CA; for 40 years. Rudy proudly served his country in the United States Army, WII. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church.

Rudy is survived by his loving wife, Ellen L. Trejo; sons, Rudy A. Trejo, Phillip A. Trejo, Michael J. Trejo; daughters, Margarita C. Oster, Maria L. Wimer, Elizabeth A. Trejo and 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Tuesday, June 30, 2009 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at 9:30 a.m., with Father Sylvester Modebei officiating. Military honors will be presented by the V.F.W. Post 9401 and American Legion Post 81. Burial will follow at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
