Euphrasie was the daughter of Camille Joseph Blasart and Marie "Ambroisine" DeCauchy. She was first married to Alexandre Constantin Joseph, son of Jean Norbert Legris and Marie Eugenie Delphine Fichet on 9 Nov 1853 in Berles Monchel, Pas-de-Calais, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France. Alexandre was born 26 Jun 1821 in Savy Berlette, Pas-de-Calais, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France. He died there on 2 Feb 1862. (Euphrasie and Alexandre had two children; Norbert Constant Joseph Legris and Antoinette Bertile Cécile Joseph Legris. )

Euphrasie then married Jean Baptiste Joseph Forestier on 2 May 1866 in Neuville-Saint-Vaast, Pas-de-Calais, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France. Jean Baptiste preceded her in death and is buried in the Morris, Grundy County, Illinois area.

After their 'Millinery Shop' was destroyed by fire, Jean Baptiste and Euphrasie left France and emigrated to the US on the Ship Pennland. They arrived in New York, New York on 26 Jan 1889 and soon settled in Grundy County, Illinois. Jean Baptiste died there and Euphrasie moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado with her daughter (Aglaé) and son-in-law.

Euphrasie was buried next to her daughter and son-in-law, John and Aglae (Forestier) Becquet on 28 Sep 1900 at the Evergreen Cemetery in Colorado Springs.
