Opal Juanita was the youngest of four children born to Adrian and Bertha Belle (Stout) Frame. She married Alec Reinhardt in 1930 and they were the parents of two children: Ruth Alene and Robert Lee.

Funeral Services Slated today For Opal Reinhardt
Opal J. Reinhardt, a 68-year-old Deaver resident died Saturday, April 27 in the Powell Hospital.
Funeral services for Mrs. Reinhardt will be today (Tuesday) at 2 p. m. at the Deaver Community Methodist Church with the Rev., Albert L. Konable officiating. Burial will be in the Deaver Cemetery.
She was born Oct. 13, 1905 in Fairfield, Iowa, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adrian Frame. She moved to Wyoming with her parents in 1918. She graduated from Powell High School in 1923 and later attended Colorado State Teacher College Greeley.
She married Alec Reinhardt May 24, 1930 in Billings. They made their home in the Deaver and Frannie communities since 1930. Mrs. Reinhardt taught school at Garland and Deaver for several years. She was a member of the Deaver Community Methodist Church. She was secretary for the Deaver Irrigation District from 1955 to 1971. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1972.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Robert Lohrenz of Powell; one son, Robert Reinhardt of Pueblo, Colo.; one sister, Mrs. W. I. Hunnicutt of Cody; and two brothers, Ralph Frame of Frannie and George Frame of Cody.
