Mr. Kruszelnicki was born February 1, 1935, in Chicago, to Theodore and Plagia "Polly" (Czushry) Kruszelnicki, and lived in the area for 55 years, coming from Chicago. He was a former employee of Derby Foods in Chicago and a U.S. Army Veteran.
He is survived by his adoptive family, the David Jesuit family. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Stanley, Leon, and Jacob; and one sister, Anna.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. CT in Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Eagle Creek Cemetery, Knox.
