Paul E. Jones of Orangevale, CA passed away at age 94 on August 28th peacefully and surrounded by family.
Paul was born April 20, 1920 in Hudson Wisconsin.
He was a graduate of The University of North Dakota and a US Army Veteran of World War II.
Paul Jones retired from Cal Gas Corporation after a long career serving as a founding officer and Sr. Vice President.
He was preceded in death in 2008 by his wife Mary and by his sister Verna Mae Stevenson and Brother Fred Jones. He is survived by his 5 children; Kristin Hales, Shelley Jones, Piper Livernois, Tracy Haines-Jones and Todd Jones. He also had 5 Grandchildren; Christopher, Leah, Miranda, Erin and Brandt.
Paul had a love of music, played the trombone and was an avid fisherman.
Paul will be interned at 12:30, on Saturday Sept.13th at Calvary Cemetery in Sacramento. Memorial Services will be held at 2 pm at Sierra View Funeral Chapel, 6201 Fair Oaks Blvd in Carmichael, a reception will follow. God has lowered his net and caught a keeper.
