Joseph Goodding was a baker by trade and was living in Kansas City, Missouri when he died. He left his wife and four children to mourn. He was only 41 years old. It is believed he was taken back to either Macon, Livingston or Randolph county for burial. To date no headstone has been found. An obituary states he is buried in a Myers Cemetery which also cannot be found.
