DUSON - Funeral services will be held at an 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, Nov. 20, 2004, at the St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church in Duson for Annette Louise Guidry Garcia, 40, who passed away Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2004, at her residence.
Interment will take place at St. Theresa Cemetery in Duson.
The Rev. Joe Stemman will be celebrant of the Mass and conduct the funeral services.
Sable Montet will be reader for the services and gift bearers will be Kristen and Breann Chiasson.
Musical selections will be provided by Joni Hamilton and will include "In the Garden", "J'rai La Voir Un Jour", "Amazing Grace" and "Be Not Afraid", along with Robin Primeaux who will sing "Breathe".
Survivors include her husband, Randall Garcia, of Duson; daughter, Kristin Renee Garcia, of Duson; parents, Norbert and Laura Guidry, of Duson; sister, Debbie Guidry, of Lafayette; father and mother-in-law, Joe and Mary Carrillo, of LaPorte, Texas; one niece, Sarah Schouest, of Lafayette; and one nephew, Justin Schouest, of Lafayette; and her beloved pet "Harley".
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Joseph Venable & Louise Duplechin Venable; and paternal grandparents, Ganzule and Julia Richard Guidry.
Pallbearers will be Ronald Myers, Adam Morris, James Rogers, Andy Garcia, Tony Garcia, Chris Venable and Justin Schouest.
Delhomme Funeral Home, 1011 Bertrand Drive, Lafayette, was in charge of all funeral arrangements.
