He was born in Sumter and was the son of William Archie and Essie Mae Broadway O'Quinn.
Mr. O'Quinn was a retired electrician and attended First Baptist Church in Newberry. He was a veteran of the Army during Korean Conflict.
He is survived by four daughters, Carol Holder (Rick) of Clinton, Caren Hamilton of Laurens, Jackie Bryant (Tony) of Liberty, and Tammi Coker (Joey) of Laurens; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Mr. O'Quinn was predeceased by his wife, Ethelene O'Quinn, and a daughter, Kathy Clippard.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 31, at 4 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Clinton.
