Her son Tyson Benson signed it. The body was to be taken to Salem, IN. Burial Permit to J.C. Ross of Bloomington; Undertaker #990 S.L. Harrell. I've looked in every single Cemetery Book of the Wash. Co. IN Historical Society and find nothing. Need to check Stevens Library for obituary. Need to check opposite sides of her husband's and her son's stones to see if her name there (but they may not be readable.)
