BELOVED KAMAAINA DEAD AT RIPE AGE
Mrs Elizabeth Mahiai Robinson passed away yesterday morning at the residence of her relatives, 237 Merchant street.
The funeral services will be held at the Roman Catholic Cathedral at four o'clock this afternoon, interment at the King street cemetery.
Mrs. Robinson was born in Hilo seventy years ago, but had resided on Merchant street, Honolulu, for the past 50 years. She was a deeply religious woman, being a member of the Roman Catholic faith. For many years a close friendship existed between the late Mrs. Robinson and Queen Liliu'okalani.
The deceased is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Kahanuu Meek and Miss Lucy Aki Amoy.
