obit: Mrs. C Erickson of Brantford, Kansas died at her home Feb. 3, 1912. She was born in Sweden, Dec 16, 1835 and was married to Claus Erickson Nov 7, 1857. They moved to this country in 1869. For a short time they lived in Junction City, from there they moved to Brantford, Kansas where they resided until death took them. During her long and painful illness, she fully trusted in Jesus Christ as her savior and often repeated the song, "Rock of Ages". Mrs. Erickson is mourned for by one son, three daughters and twenty-two grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Swedish Baptist Church, Tues. forenoon, Feb. 6, comducted by Rev. Ahlstrom and the body was laid to rest in the Missoin Cemetery.
