Julie was born as the eldest of twins born to Chad and Nora Suzanne White. She attended Brigham Young University in her desire to be a special education teacher. However she was unable to meet that goal due to limitations from her disabilities. She found herself in writing music, singing and writing short stories for children. She is survived by her parents, Brothers (Michael and Jeffrey, her twin), sisters - Cheryl White-Moslowitz, Angela White-Lowrey-Taylor, Hannah (Kris Bay) White-Menge and Emily White-Hineline as well as several neices, nephews and their children. She is also deeply missed by numerous Aunts and was especially close to her Aunt Kay Frost - Uncles and cousins. She was proud of her family, especially of being the grand-daughter of Lloyd Oscar & Nora Ivie and William & Alta White.
