Albert Newton (Sam) Ball a resident of Klamath county for the past 16 years, passed away at his late residence on the Ashland route on Wednesday, December 18. The deceased was a native of Knoxville, Tenn., and was aged 86 years 10 months and 10 days when called. He is survived by three daughters, Mr. J.L. Jones of Broken Bow, Okla., Mrs. L.W. Evans of Winthrop, Ark, and Mrs. Foster Seaver of the Ahsland route; two sons, Albert and Frank of this city; a brother, Dr. John Ball of Philadephia, Penn.; also several grandchildren. The remains rest in the Ward's Klamath Funeral Home, 925 High street, where friends may call Thursday evening, December 19.
