"He worked for the Missouri Department of Transportation for 40 years before retiring in 1995.
"Mr. Bledsue was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jefferson City where he served as an usher for several years. He was also a member of VFW Post #1003 in Jefferson City.
"He was preceded in death by his step-father, William Groves and a sister-in-law, Merrieum Bledsue.
