Survivors include his mother, Ashleigh; his father, Bryan Dame; one brother, Izayah Gonzales; two sisters, Amayah Gonzales and Macy Dame; and grandparents, Moise Cheramie, Bonnie Cheramie and Donnie Fike.
He was preceded in death by one grandmother, Melinda Fike.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 7 at the First Presbyterian Church, Clay Center.
