Amy Nicole Fournier, 17, a junior at Falcon High School, diede March 10, 1996, near Falcon as the result of an automobile accident. She was also a student at Pikes Peak Community College , studying for newborn intensive care nursing.
Amy was born January 7, 1979, in Colorado Springs to Michael Rossey and LaWanda Sue (White) Fournier, who live in Colorado Springs.
Other survivors include two sisters, Lissa Havens of Alpine, California and Kristin Sova of Colorado Springs; and grandparents, Leonard B. and Grace H, Fournier of Yuma Arizona and Linda Sue Wallis of Cloverdale, California. She was preceded in death by a sister, Melissa Dawn, and maternal grandparents, Shirley and Lee Davis amd Tommy White.
Amy was a lifelong Colorado Springs resident ans was a member of the Falcon High School Girls Varsity Volleyball Team and lettered in volleyball. She was a member of the A Team, an anti-drug and awareness group at the high school, was manager of the boys high school basketball team and was studying piano.
