Torah May Hansen Gough, 95, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2006, at St Benedicts Family Medical Center in Jerome of causes incident to age.

She was born May 4, 1910, in Franklin, Idaho, to Maude Lowe and George Heber Hansen

She married William Robinson Gough on May 26, 1930, in the Salt Lake City, Utah, LDS Temple. They made their home in Jerome, where both had previously resided for several years, living first at Canyonside then at West Point south of Wendell. In 1940, they purchased the property on 4th Avenue West where Thorah resided until the time of her death.

Bill died August 27, 1966, due to complications from injuries sustained in an accident while working for the Idaho State Highway Department.

Thorah and Bill were blessed with two daughters, Marlene (Marvin) Drake of West Point Utah, and Nina Jean (Bill) Brad ford of Murray, Utah.

Thorah was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Laura and Mildred; and one brother, Clifford.

She is survived by her daughters; one brother, Melvin Hansen of Hamer, Idaho; 12 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
