According to immigration records, Friedrich, Anna, along with their children Wilhelmine, Ernst, Carl and Rudolph made their way to the U.S. on April 16, 1883 aboard the ship, Bohemia. They departed from the port in Hamburg, Germany and arrived in New York to begin a new life in the United States.
As far as I know, according to records, Friedrich and Anna's children, Pauline and August George, did not accompany the other family members on the Bohemia in 1883. I have yet to learn when they made their way to the United States. Please search the name KERSTOWSKE and THOMMEN in Bethania for more family members.
