Albert J. LeMieux, 79, of Faribault, died Wednesday, May 25, 1994, at his home following a brief illness. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Lawrence Church, Faribault, with the Rev. Tim Morin officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Faribault. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today in Parker Kohl Funeral Home, Faribault, and until the hour of services Saturday. The parish prayers will be recited at 4:30 p.m. today, and members of the Faribault Aerie 1460, Fraternal Order of Eagles will conduct a memorial service at 7 p.m. this evening. Albert Joseph LeMieux, the son of Edmund and Leona Duvall LeMieux, was born in Faribault on Nov. 11, 1914. He married Harriet Hyrabik on April 12, 1939, in Immaculate Conception Church, Faribault. She preceded him in death on Sept. 12, 1985. He farmed near Waseca for a number of years until 1954. From 1958 to 1970, he owned and operated the K & M Drive Inn in Kasson. He was a longtime member of the Faribault Eagles Club and the Medford Council 4909, Knights of Columbus. He is survived by a daughter, Anna Marie (and Bart) Kernan of San Joe, Calif.; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ralph (and Erna) LeMieux, and Joseph (and Maxine) LeMieux, both of Faribault; nieces; nephews; and other relatives. He was also preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Cecilia Parkos, Adelphine Tousignant and Lillian Jeno; and two brothers, Isadore and Edward LeMieux.
