Marguerite "Dolly" Rose McVeigh, passed away on December 26, 2010 at the age of 89 in Evanston, Wyoming.
She was born on December 17, 1921, in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Charles Frederick William Schultz and Rose Triedel.
She married Cleon James McVeigh, on February 8, 1945, and they were later divorced.
She volunteered at Optic 20/20 for over twelve years. She was a resident of Abilene, Kansas for 24 years, and a resident of Evanston, Wyoming for 14 years.
She is survived by her sons, James (Bonnie) and Jerry (Bridget) McVeigh, of Holly, Michigan; and a daughter, Pat (Larry) Withrow, of Evanston. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by a great-grandson, Chance Ramos Applebee
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Crandall Funeral Home of Evanston.
A celebration of her life will be held in Evanston, Wyoming in the summer of 2011.
