I guess you could say Dog choose us for her family.She showed up on our doorstep one day and never left.My son named her Dog,she acted so much like a dog instead of a cat.She followed my husband all around the yard,wherever he was working that's where she would be.She slept in his shop under the wood heater when it was cold.I don't know how she could stand the heat but she seemed to love it.My husband kept her a fire all winter to keep her warm.In the summer she would sleep on the seat of his tractor.He would have to run her off so he could use it.She died on the same day as my husbands father.We were not at home for her that day but I think she understood.We love and miss her very much and will never forget her.
