Daughter of William Henry Burgin and Winnie Bell Culpepper Burgin. Ola was very involved in Scouting and PTA. She was a member of the Arlington Baptist Church. She had a great sense of humor and was quick witted and devoted to her family. She and William had four children and they were Gary, Carolyn, Charles and Larry Hess.
