CHURCH HILL – Thomas Huckaby, Jr., 47, passed away Sunday (June 14, 2015) at Indian Path Medical Center following a brief illness.
Mr. Huckaby was a lifelong resident of Church Hill and attended Okolona United Methodist Church.
He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Huckaby, Sr., paternal grandparents, John and Verna Huckaby and maternal grandparents, Allen and Armina Moses.He is survived by his mother, Betty Moses Huckaby, Church Hill.
The family will hold a memorial services on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Okolona United Methodist Church with Rev. Stewart Coleman and Rev. Greg Fletcher officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Okolona United Methodist Church or to Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home.
