BOUDREAU, Patrick 'Pat' - 68 of Halifax, passed away peacefully surrounded
by family after a lengthy illness on June 24, 2012, in the Halifax
Infirmary, QEII. He was a son of the late Alexander and Catherine Boudreau.
His passion was antiques; he enjoyed yard sales and flea markets. He
eventually opened an antique store on Oxford Street. Pat always enjoyed
talking to people. His pride and joy was in his sons and grandchildren. He
is survived by his wife of 45 years, Sally (Gallant); sons, Jason (Cindy),
Lower Sackville; Elliott (Kristina), Truro; brothers, Roy (Ann), Leonard
(Henerine), Doug (Nancy), Calvin (Jane); sisters, Barbara, Della (Gary)
Hardiman; grandchildren, Ashley, Stephanie, Conor, Ashton, Nixon; several
nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Pat was predeceased by brother,
Albert. He will be sadly missed by family and many friends. Cremation has
taken place under the direction of Cole Harbour Funeral Home. A Mass of
Christian Burial will take place at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 9th, in St.
Mary's Basilica, Spring Garden Road, Father Maybe officiating, followed by
a reception in the church hall. Burial to take place at a later date.
Donations may be made to The Canadian Diabetes Association or Heart and
Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
Cremated, Location of ashes is unknown.
